Time to say goodbye

As we draw to the end of 2009, we announce, sadly, that we say goodbye to Tod Strike and Luke Kennedy.

Tod has been a member of The Ten Tenors, from time-to-time, since the very earliest days of the group’s existence. Luke has been with us for a relatively short time, but both of them have cemented themselves as stalwarts of our ensemble and fan-favourites, who will certainly be missed.

We wish “Old Man Strike” and “Ken Lee” all the very best for their exciting plans in 2010! For more info about that, check out Harvest Rain

We conducted an exhaustive national audition process to find the two Tenors who will join our full-time line-up for 2010. We are thrilled to announce they are: Ben Stephens (who joined us in the last few weeks) and Thomas Birch, an exciting, young Aussie Tenor from Victoria.

Ben and Thomas will make their full-time debut with The Ten Tenors in Perth in January 2010, where we will premiere our exciting new show THE POWER OF TEN: High-Octane Classics!

Hey everyone,
most of you know my little “baby”, the wiw-page.
For those who have no idea what I..m talking about, check out www.wiw-page.de (YES IT IS A GERMAN ADRESS, BUT WE ALSO GOT THE PAGE IN ENGLISH ;)).
*WiW* is the abbreviation for WHO IS WHO, the Profiles from the Chat and Board user. BUT the profiles are not the only thing we..ve got there. There is also the chat, log in and meet TTT-Fans from all over the world. Ok most of the fans in the chat are from germany but I..m happy to say that some of our american friends found their way back into the chat.
I..d love to meet more international fans there
Let me come to the main reason why I..m writing this entry….
The Gallery.
Currently we..ve got 7836 pics in the gallery….AND THAT IS AWESOME, thaks to everyone who already shared his/hers personal TTT-memories with us. I..d really like to try together with all of you to reach a little and a bigger, ok a big goal for the gallery.
Until the end of March the Tenors are touring through germany. My little goal would be to see the 8000th pic before the german tour is over. And I think…now wait sorry I KNOW we can make it. Don..t you think so too?
But now to my big goal. This is something I will not reach without YOU… the TTT-Fans all over the world.
I know that we..ve got many guest from all over the world who check out the latest uploads. But unfortunately they just look but never share their photos with us. Don..t you think we could change this?
I have no idea what keeps you from sharing your pics.
The german comments? I..m sure we would write more comments in english if we would get more uploads from english speaking fans Oh and btw if you want to sign in JUST to write comments, sorry forget about it. If you want to write comments you have to load up pics first.
Is it because there..s no album from the town/date you..ve been at a show?? Don..t worry, load the pics up, fill out the little form that comes right after the upload and I will create the right album.
Or is it because the Gallery is not in your language?? Hey go on http://gallery.wiw-page.de scroll down to the end of the page and click on the flag of your country
Other reasons?? Need help? No problem! Send me a PN and I..ll help you.
I need your pics! I really want to reach my big goal untill December 31st 2009 and that is to have 10.000 pics in the gallery (and maybe more user in the chat and more profiles).

TTT Discographie and Lyrics online

It was time for something new and Tanja had an idea in her head for a long time. She would like to get some order into the chaos of the TTT lyrics. In the German Forum the users helped each with the lyrics from time to time, but it was not really clearly arranged.

From now on you´ll find two helpful pages on this website for this:

TTT Discographie: A summary of most of the songs published by The Ten Tenors we know with links to their lyrics.
TTT Lyrics: A summary of many lyrics of (nearly) all songs that were released or performed by The Ten Tenors so far.

Have much fun while checking out all the lyrics !!!

Update of the ttt-games

A new update for the collecting mains for the MEMORY game and the puzzle.

The rules are still the same, but the new pictures demand the fate by the united fans!

English version goes new design

It took a long time to get the english version into the new design, too. Sorry for that, but we had to do some more important things in our private life.

Complete re-design of the UNITED-Page

We (Tina, Tanja and Tom) didn´t really liked the old UNITED-Page anymore since a long time, but we had no idea for a reconstruction. Well, possibly inspired by the new design of the TTT-Homepage Tina once a day came with an new design - in principle like it looks now.

As I wanted to take everything onto a new base from the tehnical side to make the maintenance of the Site easier this was a good kick off

Here is the new UNITED and it became a nearly complete new site, but take a look at yourself. Just look around here and have fun. We want to convert the englisch version as soon as possible, too. This version became the new color design for the moment - so the difference between the two sites is not so blatant
